Two days ago I submit something that I think is a bug in kuliax bugtracker so that it can be fixed in the next release of Kuliax.

But yesterday, I was told by the developer that it is not a bug. It is because the installation change the font from 96 dpi to 72 dpi. Isn’t it right mr.developer ? He told me that it can be fixed by editing the ServerArgsLocal in kdmrc that located in /etc/kde3/kdm/. Don’t forget you must be root to edit this file. After open kdmrc search ServerArgsLocal that can be look like this :

ServerArgsLocal=-nolisten tcp -dpi 72 -br

After you found that line just simply change 72 become 96 and your problem solved. So, after I change it to 96 the font looks normal to me. Well, new product must be tested in every aspect.

Oh, there’s another weirdness in Kuliax. When I start StarDict why it ask root password ? If I want to use StarDict why I have to become root ? Just Imagine that I’m using Kuliax in Campus Lab and I don’t have the root password so I can’t use StarDict then. Well, I must ask this to Mr.Developer.

ps: This article is written using kuliax and when I write this I found the weirdness.
ps again : If you use Kuliax and found something weird or you want to request some features or programs to be added in next release of Kuliax you can write it in Kuliax Bugtracker.
